Poochies Day Care Policies

1. Day Care: All dogs must complete a temperament evaluation.    Poochies   Pampered  Pups reserves the right to refuse or to reject any dog that might be a safety hazard to itself, other dogs in our care or staff member.   This includes, but is not limited to dogs who are aggressive, antisocial, toy or people possessive, anxious , or physically ill.   All dogs must be at least 4 months or older to attend day care and all dogs must be spayed or neutered.
2. Vaccinations:  All dogs must have current vaccinations against Rabies,  Bordetella , and DHLPP.  Bordetella  must be given every 6 months.  Your dog will not be admitted into Poochies  Pampered Pups until we have proof of vaccinations.
3. Flea Protection:  All dogs are required to have flea protection.  Your dog must be on a veterinarian approved form of topical flea control.  Acceptable flea treatments are Frontline, Frontline Plus, Advantage, K-9 Advantage, and Revolution.   Any dog that has fleas will not be allowed in our facility.
4. Collars and Leashes:  All dogs must be on a leash when entering and exiting   Poochies Pampered Pups.
5. Food:  All dogs that are being fed in our care are required to have their own dog food from home.
6. Service Fees:  All fees for services are due when services are rendered.   Acceptable  forms  of  payment are checks, credit cards, and cash.
7. Late Fees:  There will be a $5 late fee for every 15 minutes after closing.

Poochies Grooming Policies

Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required to schedule a grooming appointment.  If you would like your Vet to forward a copy to Poochie's our fax number is (941) 312-4965.

REQUIREMENTS FOR GROOMING:
Up to date vaccinations, including:

• Bordetella - every 6 months
• Rabies
• Distemper
